Price

Ordering and Payment
Any order signed by Client "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can be challenged only in the cases expressly provided for in this Agreement to Articles "Right of withdrawal" and "Run command". Delivery

Incomplete delivery or non-compliant (due to carrier)

Right of withdrawal
Accordance with Article L121-16 and 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of seven (7) days to exercise his right of withdrawal. This period starts from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
For any return, the customer may contact the company by email to obtain a return number before forwarding. This condition causes no cancellation of the right of withdrawal.
The return postage will be borne fully by the customer. Products must be returned complete, in clean their reletting. It is also recommended that the products are returned in their original packaging, in a manner that provides guarantees shipping similar to those defined during initial shipment of products.
You are reminded that this right of withdrawal may be exercised for customized products.


Right of Rescission
Pursuant to Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, we will tell you when your order the maximum date of delivery thereof. In the case of exceeding 7 working days of the delivery date (except in cases of force majeure as defined in the Act), you have the right to decide the resolution of your order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 60 days of the original date of delivery. In this case, we will refund you the total amount paid (excluding any return shipping costs), and this within a maximum period of 30 days following receipt of your recorded delivery.

An invoice will be automatically sent to the customer when ordering. It will be sent to the EMAIL ADDRESS specified by the customer when ordering unless otherwise from him.


Preservation and archiving
Data archiving transaction is made on a reliable and durable, pursuant to Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
It is made in accordance with the AFNOR Z 42-013 on the design and operation of computer systems to ensure the preservation and integrity of records stored in these systems.

 


Retention of title
The products remain the property of Rocher family until full payment of the price. This provision does not prevent the transfer to the customer risk of loss or damage from the moment the goods have left our premises.
